Kinesiology (Active Rehabilitation)
1:1 individualized session with a registered Kinesiologist will help you re-gain strength and tolerance for daily life and activity. Kinesiology sessions are pre-approved by ICBC if it is within 12 weeks from the claim date. If it has been over 12-week period, we can help you with the approval process. Please contact us for more details on how you can apply for your coverage.
Kinesiology helps improve mobility, strength, and endurance, reduces the risk of injuries, and supports rehabilitation from musculoskeletal issues. It also enhances posture, balance, and overall physical performance while promoting long-term health through active living and injury prevention.

Aside from regular yoga classes, we are one of the few studios in lower mainland to offer Aerial Yoga classes. All our instructors are well-trained and passionate about their practice/class.
